Friends and fellow Democrats,

I first picked up a clipboard at 16, marching with March For Our Lives to demand an end to gun violence. Since then, I’ve devoted my energy to three battles that define who we are as a party and a nation: ending gun violence, defending immigrant rights, and championing workers’ rights.

As the child of a mixed-status family, I learned early that politics isn’t a hobby - it is a shield for the people we love. From knocking on doors at 17 to helping elect candidates across the country, I’ve seen how powerful grassroots organizing can be when it speaks the language of working people. 

Six years and thousands of conversations later, I’m running because it’s time for the next generation of Democrats to take the reins, rebuild trust with the voters we’re losing, and go on offense against the Republican assault on democracy. Our communities, our families, and our future are on the line.
